Our Philosophy

Next Level, Inc. is a Boston-based sales management consulting firm located in Franklin, Massachusetts and is one of the top Sandler Training centers in the U.S. 

We believe that high performing sales organizations must invest in their people and follow a reinforcement-based training philosophy rather than the motivational “quick fix” approach that is typical of many seminar-based training programs. We know that the set of human behaviors, attitudes and selling techniques required to succeed in sales takes time to develop and cannot be learned overnight. Sustainable change only occurs as a result of on-going training, coaching and customized business development initiatives.

Clients come to us for a number of reasons. Sometimes they are worried by a lack of new business and reliance on legacy accounts. In other cases they are frustrated that their selling cycles are too long or that their sales teams are wasting time responding to proposals that go nowhere.
