Jim Ayraud

Jim Ayraud is the CEO and Founder of Next Level, Inc. Jim has more than two-plus decades of sales, sales management, brand marketing and sales training experience. He is a highly touted public speaker and is recognized in the Boston area as one of the top sales management consultants. He has a proven track record of success with current and past clients and when asked about his clients Jim always says that they have three things in common: commitment, accountability and rigorous focus on their goals. Prior to founding Next Level, Jim spent his sales and marketing career with some of the best companies in America, including Procter and Gamble and Kimberly-Clark Corporation. This high caliber experience provided Jim with the foundational selling and management skills that have become the backbone of his company today. During the past 14 years, Jim and his team have trained multiple companies in over 60 different industries. The variety of sales and sales management issues that Next Level has faced with its clients puts them in a special and unique category of being real-world advisors. 


Chris Bond

Chris Bond is Managing Director at Next Level, Inc. Chris has over 18 years of successful sales, management and training & development experience. He is a dynamic speaker and sales trainer and is requested frequently to speak on a variety of sales and management topics. Developing clients who lack the systems and processes necessary to grow sales is Chris’ passion and focus at Next Level. Clients can count on being held accountable to revenue growth goals and they know that Chris has little patience for convenient excuse making. Prior to joining Next Level, he had an eight-year career with Loews/Sony Corporation. He rose to Regional Manager and was ranked #1 among his peers for incremental sales and profit improvement in his region and achieved this rank largely through training and development of management personnel. In 2005, Chris co-founded and led the worldwide release and roll-out of the Internet-based software program SalesAccountability.™ This coaching tool revolutionized how Sandler franchisees communicate with their clients, and to date is the most successful new product introduction in the history of Sandler Training.


Dave Turano

Dave Turano is Managing Director of Corporate Development at Next Level, Inc. Dave has 14 years of successful sales and sales management experience and has worked for some of the best IT companies in America, including Data Arts & Sciences, Cotelligent and COMSYS. Dave was consistently among the top 5% of sales performers in the company and was invited to Chairman’s Club four times during his tenure at COMSYS. In 2004 he became the Director of Recruiting for the Northeast and later that year was named the Director of Sales for New England. In 2005 Dave was promoted to Managing Director of the New England market. He also took a lead role in the development of a formalized sales process for COMSYS and was the first Managing Director to attend and participate in a new hire sales training session at corporate headquarters. He was recognized by peers and senior management alike as an up and coming leader with a passion for sales, coaching and people development. Dave also has had a passion for the Sandler Selling System since he adopted it in 1998.
